Job Description

Responsibilities:
A: Marketing:

1. Continuously scan for potential customers in the domestic market.
2. Identify new market and new product opportunities
3. Identifying & tapping online budding brands
4. Monitor competitors’ position and strategy.
5. Keep a tab on industry trends both domestic and international which
could impact the business positively or negatively.
6. Receiving and collecting market intelligence on a regular basis on
customer requirements.

B: Direct Sales Activities:

1. Identify sales opportunities and generate business from both new and
existing clients
2. Nurture and follow up on opportunities and contacts
3. Qualify leads.
4. Achieve sales targets
5. Prepare sales forecasts
6. Assisting in preparation of sales and marketing action plan.
7. Should build good access at the customer end (Manufacturing Co)
8. Develop relationships with third party manufacturing companies
9. Represent Company in various industry exhibitions
10. Report on Daily & weekly client visits
11. Update on project status and closure timelines
12. Maintaining client records, NPD’s status, and commercial timelines.

Eligibility
1. Candidate Profile: B. Tech (Cosmetics), M. Tech (Cosmetics)
3. Good communication skills
4. Pleasing & dynamic personality
5. Self-motivated and willing to take on challenges
6. Basic software skills
